Air Cargo Surveillance Program

The ATPIS Air Cargo Surveillance Program (ACSP) tracks aircraft types, registration numbers, operating and ownership histories with a higher risk of involvement in clandestine deliveries.

The ACSP also profiles and documents civil aviation registries, aircraft and actors involved in SALW transportation. It provides real-time and historical analysis on wet, dry and damp leasing arrangements between civil aviation actors and shell companies based in a variety of on-shore and off-shore locations.

ACSP also uses a variety of constantly updated aircraft monitoring and surveillance data to provide detailed responses to specific queries submitted by national and inter-governmental agency staff.
